Jennifer Daniels

Co-Owner of CrossFit Alpha Omega Fit

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

Jennifer wasn’t a sports fanatic growing up, however, she has always been passionate about the importance of exercise and nutrition.  Her dedication to eating well led her to seek a degree in Nutrition from the University of Alabama. Jennifer is also a Health Educator for Kaiser Permanente’s medical weight management program. Before she started CrossFit in 2012, Jennifer’s favorite workout was running, and she has run several half and full marathons. The amazing community is her favorite aspect of CrossFit.  As a coach and owner, she wants every member and guest to feel valued at CrossFit Alpha Omega. She says, “Every single person that walks through our door, matters to me.” Jennifer loves that her job has a positive impact on people’s lives. Her favorite WOD is Fight Gone Bad and her favorite lift is the Clean.

Brock Dias

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Brock is new to CrossFit; however, he's no stranger to an active lifestyle and being around a gym. He grew up in Hilmar, riding his tricycle around his father’s gym, observing him train in competitive bodybuilding. Brock's father is his biggest role model and has coached him throughout sports and during the off-season in weightlifting. Brock played and excelled primarily in football in California and Tennessee but was also an athlete in baseball, track, and high school weightlifting. He graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Law Enforcement. He has attended classes such as Nutrition, Martial Arts: Judo, and Physical Wellness. After graduating from college, Brock was immediately hired as a Deputy Sheriff.  He is an active SWAT operator and has been serving the community since 2013. Brock was immediately fascinated with CrossFit after his first WOD at AOF. He loves CrossFit because it is challenging and unique, the programming is constantly varied, and more so because of the CrossFit community. Brock hopes to be the best coach possible, to make sure everyone is challenged, motivated, successful and can reach their goals. His favorite lift is the clean and jerk, and he likes any WOD that includes rowing and gymnastics.

In 2017, she obtained her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate and joined the coaching staff.  In 2018, Erica obtained her CrossFit Weightlifting Certificate. She hopes to add the Gymnastics Certificate in the near future. Throughout high school, Erica was a cheerleader, and beyond that, a competitive cheer coach. She now holds a BA in Child Development and is a 1st Grade Teacher. Prior to starting CrossFit, she had never done anything remotely close to it.  She found she enjoyed the challenge and was intrigued by the competitive aspect. Coaching has allowed her to share her passion for the sport and help others reach their goals. She loves seeing members overcome obstacles they never believed they could achieve.

Tedd Hunter

Tedd grew up in Manteca, California and has an A.S. in General Studies from Columbia Southern University.   In 1992, he married Suzi and they moved to Ripon. Tedd and Suzi have three girls, twins Tristan and Tessa, and the youngest, Tiffani.  Tedd is currently a Fire Captain for the City of Manteca Fire Department. He has always been active, and in high school, Tedd played football, golf and ran track.  After high school, and before he found CrossFit, Tedd stayed fit by completing the Sacramento International Marathon twice, competing in triathlons and working out at a traditional gym. Tedd finds coaching at AoF very fulfilling because he has the opportunity to see how CrossFit benefits others. He says, “It is very enjoyable to see how people’s lives change because of fitness when they make the commitment to train.”

Susan Razawi

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer

Susan started CrossFit in March of 2016 when her then boyfriend (now husband) found AOF in Ripon. She went to one class and was immediately hooked! Susan signed up for an unlimited membership, even though she should have been training for an upcoming half marathon, and the rest is history. Over the years, Susan realized she loved learning and being part of the CrossFit community; in July of 2018, she took her Level 1 Trainer course at the historic ranch and birthplace of the CrossFit Games in Aromas, CA. She coaches to harness her passion for helping others improve and make progress, both in the box and outside of it. Her favorite workouts include cleans, burpees and running.

Jessica McWhirter

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer

Jessica joined CrossFit AOF in November 2017 after training and running a 1/2 marathon.  Initially, she was looking for a change in pace and to try something new. She found herself loving everything about the sport and was completely hooked. As a stay-at-home mom to her three children, Jessica points out that, “Crossfit is the one thing I do daily for myself, it’s my “me” time!”

Her passion for CrossFit led her to take the Level 1 training course in May 2019. In January 2020, to improve her Olympic lifting technique and to grow her knowledge as a coach, she completed the Burgener Strength Weightlifting course.

Jessica adores coaching at CrossFit AOF. She loves to encourage members to be their best and to give it their all while helping them on their health journey.

The AOF CrossFit community is a big part of Jessica’s family’s lifestyle. She and her husband, Joel, enjoy competing together.  Their kids, Jace, Jett and Joey, enjoy participating in home WODs with their parents!  Jessica’s favorite movements are push press, pull-ups and push-ups. One of her favorite WODs is ANNIE.
