About Us

CrossFit Alpha Omega Fit was founded in October 2013.  We started with a modest 1,300 sq ft and 30 members.  Today, we have expanded into a 4,000 sq ft space and more than 100 members.  Check our class schedule here.  We would love you to join our community of faith, family, fitness and fun!  
 What is CrossFit?
 
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This safe, effective, and short workout is great for everyone, especially for working professionals or other individuals with little time to spend at the gym.
